Most (if not all) of the items listed on this site were probably supplied with a caution of "International Rights are restricted" when originally listed in the Diamond Comic Distributors Previews.  I have not been able to determine what that really means.  The shopping cart is using a generic list of countries.  Bottom-line, if you are from a country other than the United States, you should know the policies of buying adult-oriented items from the US.  If you are not supposed to buy these items, then do not order them.
